SITE MANAGER
Job Summary
BCS seeks a reliable Site Manager for the handling of multiple projects located on-site of one of our Atlanta clients. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects. Candidate will communicate directly with contractors/designers/engineers concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Will prepare project status reports and oversee to ensure that plans adhere to contract specifications. Performs a variety of tasks while leading and directing the work of others.​
Responsibilities & Duties

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion

Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

Project budgeting

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

Meet contractual conditions of performance

Review the work progress on daily basis

Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses

Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Qualifications & Skills

A construction-related Bachelor's degree is preferred

Minimum five (5) years verifiable experience in the field (We will consider a different ratio of education and experience)

Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is vital.
